Untuk mengimbangi perkembangan tersebut perlu dilakukan peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang dapat dilakukan melalui inovasi-inovasi pendidikan. Inovasi pendidikan merupakan upaya dasar dalam memperbaiki aspek-aspek pendidikan dalam praktiknya. Inovasi pendidikan dapat dilakukan dari berbagai komponen, salah satunya melalui komponen sistem pembelajaran. Inovasi ini dapat kita lakukan melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. Melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) masalah-masalah pendidikan dan pembelajaran dapat dikaji, ditingkatkan dan dituntaskan, sehingga proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan hasil belajar yang lebih baik, dapat diwujudkan secara sistematis Kata kunci: Inovasi Pendidikan, Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ABSTRACT The rapid development of the local, regional and international environment currently has implications for the management of education at every level of education. To keep pace with these developments, it is necessary to improve the quality of education which can be done through educational innovations. Educational innovation is a basic effort to improve aspects of education in practice. Educational innovation can be carried out from various components, one of which is through the learning system component. We can do this innovation through classroom action research. Through Classroom Action Research (CAR), education and learning problems can be studied, improved and resolved, so that innovative education and learning processes and better learning outcomes can be realized systematically.
