Abstract

Improving the safety of the working environment through occupational risk management (informing workers about relevant risks, creating a system for identification, assessment and control) and economic motivation is a relevant issue. Working conditions that affect human health depend on the condition of buildings and structures, the design and organization of workplaces, equipment, tools and materials used to perform labor duties. Labor stress is one of the main factors which has a negative impact on the human conditions inherently reflecting the load on the central nervous system, sensory organs, emotional and intellectual spheres directly related to the job performed. The article analyzes experience of developing and implementing measures intended to ensure safe working conditions, reducing general and micro-injuries, morbidity, based on the development and implementation of an environmental management strategy and targeted programs to improve working conditions.
