The statistical significance was determined at 30 with 95% significance (p # 0.05). Results: The higher phytochemical constituents in Calotropis procera include phenolic compounds, flavonoids, antioxidant activity, Catalase, peroxidase and pH. In Calotropis gigantea the higher concentration was recorded for carotenoid contents, enzyme superoxide dismutase, crude fiber and ash. Abstract
