Abstract … Ready for it? This article looks back on the past 10 years of articles published in Public Services Quarterly’s Marketing Column. The authors examine how the field has changed over time, as evidenced by the articles published, and attempt to forecast what is to come. Former editor Katy Kelly will reflect on her role as column editor, and incoming editor John Jackson will share what he hopes to see in the future of the column.
