THE ROAD INDUSTRY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: STATE POLICY AND DEVELOPMENT FEATURES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY OF NOVOSIBIRSK)

Abstract

In accordance with the norms adopted in the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the formation of conditions for the development and provision of a decent life for citizens is one of the priority principles of the implementation of state policy of authorities in various areas of their activities. The road industry of the Russian Federation is no exception, therefore, within the framework of the issue under consideration, the state policy in the field of road safety will be analyzed, as well as the features of its formation will be highlighted.
