Within the framework of the concept of sustainable development, the Strategy in the field of digital transformation of sectors of the economy, social sphere and public administration of St. Petersburg is considered. The role of standards in ensuring sustainable development is revealed. The importance of standardization in creating unified approaches to processing digital information in the field of city management is shown.
