MODERN EDUCATIONAL ORIENTATIONS OF YOUTH: TRENDS AND CHALLENGES

Abstract

Socio-economic processes in crisis conditions characterized by the transformation of industrial relations and the increase of technological capabilities are discussed. The impact of these processes on the public aura and the structure of society, on the system of vocational education and the industrial sphere is assessed. The modern educational orientations of young people and the problems arising in this case are considered. It is noted that students need to develop a historically grounded mentality and creative skills that take into account the permanent generation of new knowledge, social tensions and the complexity of production processes.
