Methodological Approaches to Assessing Level of Innovative Development of Service Sector

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены и охарактеризованы основные методические подходы к оценке инновационного развития сферы услуг с позиции конкретного субъекта управления данным процессом. В качестве ключевых подходов с позиции проведения государственной политики в данной области автор выделяет следующие: унифицированный подход к оценке сферы услуг как части национальной экономики, отраслевой подход, региональный подход. We consider and characterize the main methodological approaches to assessing the innovative development of the service sector from the standpoint of a particular subject of managing the process in question. The following approaches are distinguished as the key ones taking into consideration the state policy in this area: a unified approach to assessing the service sector as a part of the national economy, sectoral approach, regional approach.
