This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation technique. The total population and sample used were 40 people from 5 (five) villas in Kalisada Village, Buleleng-Bali which consisted of Manik Segara Villa, Mahkai Villa, Medium Villa, Palmeira Villa and Le Petit Leon Villa. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) mode using SMARTPLS3 to process research data. The relationship examined in this study showed one result that was not significant and the other results had a positive and significant effect. Therefore, villa companies are expected to be able to improve employee careers by looking at how large the human capital management is and the quality of service each employee has. 本研究旨在了解人力资本管理如何以职业发展为中介变量影响服务质量。本研究采用定量方法。本研究采用的数据收集技术是问卷调查和文献技术。研究对象和样本共 40 人,分别来自布勒伦巴厘岛卡利萨达村的 5 栋别墅,包括 Manik Segara 别墅、Mahkai 别墅、Medium 别墅、Palmeira 别墅和 Le Petit Leon 别墅。本研究采用的数据分析技术是 SEM-PLS(结构方程模型-部分最小平方)模式,使用 SMARTPLS3 处理研究数据。本研究中考察的关系显示,一个结果不显著,其他结果具有积极而显著的影响。因此,别墅企业有望通过研究人力资本管理的规模和每位员工的服务质量来改善员工职业生涯。 关键词:人力资本管理人力资本管理、服务质量和职业发展
