The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) mode using SMARTPLS3 to process research data. The relationship examined in this study showed one result that was not significant and the other results had a positive and significant effect. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how human capital management influences service quality with career development as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation technique.
