Abstract

Today, Russia and Turkey face an unprecedented opportunity to build an effective dialogue. The quantitative and qualitative development of relations in the spheres of economics, politics, business,tourism and culture gives grounds for the most optimistic forecasts. However, there is a whole complex of political and economic issues that can destroy the existing level of relations.
