Abstract

- Home Industry is required to always improve product quality and service to customers. The business process at this place still requires customers to come to make the desired order. Activities carried out every day still use a simple system and many new orders must be recorded first. In recording it still uses manual methods which still have to be written in books so recording takes a long time and is less efficient. This bread ordering application can be used to make it easier for customers to place orders and make it easier for officers to manage data. This application was created so that customers can easily make orders by utilizing the current internet network. This system was built using the waterfall method with a PHP and CI framework supported by a MySQL database processing database. The result of this research is an online bread ordering application for the home industry.
