Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings many opportunities to the banking and financial industry when applying technology in its operations. This development requires improving human capacity in the banking and financial sector for developing officials who master scientific and technological advances to apply in practice, proactively catching up and adapting to the innovation requirements of the economy. Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV) is an organization that trains high-quality human resources for the banking industry in particular and the economy in general.
