The hollow nanospheres constructed in this study, provided abundant reaction sites and high catalytic activity, while the loading of Au NPs enhances conductivity and biocompatibility. The immunosensor has good analytical ability in detecting CEA in the mass concentration range of 1 pg/mL to 50 ng/mL, with a low detection limit (LOD) of 0.37 pg/mL. Abstract
