Sustainable development of the corporate bond market in the market economy in Vietnam today: From the perspectives of stakeholders

Abstract

The sustainable development of Vietnamese corporate bond market will contribute to promoting the development of the capital market and create an additional channel of capital mobilization for the economy and businesses. From the perspective of stakeholders, this study uses statistical data on the operation of corporate bond market in Vietnam during the period 2018-2022 to analyze its development and point out its limitations. Finally, a number of solutions are proposed for involved parties to promote the sustainable development of Vietnamese corporate bond market and turn it into the main capital mobilization channel for businesses in the near future
