These genes communicate through a signalling cascade by adding phosphate group to neighboring proteins and this will eventually activate and translocate. Abstract
The present study investigated the chemopreventive potential of geraniol by monitoring the tumor incidence and analyzing the status of early response gene, signalling pathways (NF-kB, CREB, cyclic AMP, RAS-MAPK, ERK1/2, p38, PI3K/AKT, PTEN) and also clarifying the significance of DNA methylation alteration during endometrial carcinogenesis type I and type II cells (HEC-155/180, HEC-1A).
