SOSIALISASI PEMBUATAN MINYAK BUNGA KENANGA (CANANGA ODORATA) UNTUK BAHAN BAKU REED DIFUSSER UNTUK MASYARAKAT USIA PRODUKTIF

Abstract

A reed diffuser is an air freshener device that consists of a glass container containing essential oils inside and consists of rattan sticks which play an important role in spreading the fragrance. Essential oils come from plants that have a distinctive aroma, one of which is ylang ylang flower essential oil (Cananga odorata). Apart from its aroma, ylang-ylang flower essential oil provides relaxation, the aroma of ylang-ylang flower essential oil is also useful for reducing tension, so it is very suitable as the main ingredient in diffuser products. There are two methods for making ylang ylang flower essentials, namely by drying the flowers and soaking them in boiling water. The aim of this activity is to train students to produce products that are useful and have sales value.
