Abstract

This time, Dr. Ramírez-Arias' group presents a 70-year-old male patient case who arrived to the emergency department with a diagnosis of appendicitis. After the preoperative torax study, everything appears to be normal. After the appendectomy he started with dyspnea, tachycardia and cyanosis. The imaging study revealed an interesting finding.
