The research findings indicate that the ground time for the Airbus A350-900 with flight number SQ958/959 by Singapore Airlines has consistently met the on-time performance (OTP) criteria over a seven-month period and aligns with the applicable standards. Abstract

Currently, the Airbus A350-900 CGK-SIA Singapore Airlines aircraft at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport adheres to the airline's established ground time standard of 55 minutes and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) wide-body standard of 60 minutes. This research aims to analyze ground time to achieve on-time performance (OTP).
