This research focuses on the psychological well-being of people with long-term chronic disease. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. This research involved three informants who had experienced or were currently suffering from chronic diseases with a history of more than one year. The results of this research show several important themes, namely the need to meet the psychological needs of patients suffering from chronic diseases because this research tries to understand how chronic diseases affect individual psychological aspects. This research found that self-acceptance and positive relationships with others are the most influential factors for improving the mental health of patients with chronic diseases.
