Peri‑ and neonatal diarrhea syndrome in youth animals of economic interest – pathogenetic context

Abstract

Peri- and neonatal diarrhea syndrome in young livestock involves numerous adverse consequences on the body, leading to their debilitation and death.  Newborn infants, due to their vulnerability caused by an underdeveloped immune system, are at risk of contagiousness from many etiological agents.
