When minimizing the cost function during model training, the cost function is fuzzy, thereby improving efficiency. Abstract

In order to consolidate the poverty alleviation achievements of impoverished counties, villages, and households, it is necessary to establish and improve stable poverty alleviation mechanisms. 基于计算神经模型模糊算法的大数据视角下承德长效扶贫机制的应用研究
为了巩固贫困县、贫困村、贫困户的脱贫成果,必须建立和完善稳定的扶贫机制。本文以承德地区为研究对象,在大量国内外扶贫文献的基础上,结合相关扶贫理论,运用大数据下的模糊算法对承德地区扶贫防返贫长效机制进行研究分析。针对现有模糊规则分类算法效率低、建模时间长的问题,提出了有限模糊规则的多分类器模型。在模型训练过程中最小化成本函数时,将成本函数模糊化,从而提高了效率。结果表明,模糊算法大数据视角下的承德长效扶贫机制对扶贫工作具有深远的战略意义和理论意义。
