Abstract

Abstract A patient who underwent bilateral wise-pattern mastopexy augmentation with threatened nipple-areolar complex necrosis was successfully managed medically with IV methylprednisolone and topical nitroglycerin ointment as immediate consultation with the operating surgeon was not possible.
