Ecosystem Activation in Latin America

Abstract

In March 2023, one hundred and sixty leaders and change-makers from fourteen countries across Latin America participated in a four-day gathering held by the Presencing Institute called the Ecosystem Leadership Program (ELP) in Latin America. A system of scholarship and support was created to ensure the event was inclusive and representative of the region’s diversity. The program is striking as an example of grassroots action taking place at scale. In this dialogue, six members of the holding team engage in a facilitated conversation about what it takes to weave together multiple dimensions of diversity and push the boundaries of inclusion.
