Abstract

: The study aimed to measure the organizational impact on job performance in the industrial sector in the Sultanate of Oman. Organizational culture can have a significant impact on job performance. It is important that organizations understand the impact of their culture on their employees and take steps to promote a positive and healthy culture. Organizational culture is one of the most important factors affecting the performance of employees within the organization. Therefore, understanding the impact of organizational culture on job performance is important for organizations. By understanding this effect, organizations can take steps to promote a positive organizational culture, which leads to improved job performance and achievement of organizational goals.
