A quantitative research approach with a non-experimental descriptive survey research design was used in this study. A total of 60 Nursing officers were participated in the study by using the non-probability purposive sampling technique. The data collection instruments were socio-demographic data, quality of work-life assessment scale & Job satisfaction assessment scale. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Abstract
