Impact of Job Satisfaction on Quality of Work Life among Nursing Officers during Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The present study investigated the impact of job satisfaction on quality of work-life among nursing officers during the COVID-19 pandemic in Tamil Nadu. A quantitative research approach with a non-experimental descriptive survey research design was used in this study. A total of 60 Nursing officers were participated in the study by using the non-probability purposive sampling technique. The data collection instruments were socio-demographic data, quality of work-life assessment scale & Job satisfaction assessment scale. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. The current study reveals that there is a significant correlation between the quality of work-life & job satisfaction.
