In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, universities must adapt to produce graduates who are ready to compete and innovate in the ever-changing information technology industry. Through the application of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in learning Operating Systems courses, universities have created a more relevant, dynamic and adaptive environment. This allows students to better prepare themselves for the challenges faced in the ever-changing industrial world. Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought many fundamental changes to the world of education, this also affects various aspects of learning, including Operating Systems courses. This article discusses the application of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the context of higher education, especially in the Operating Systems course. Concepts such as simulation, artificial intelligence, project-based learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and data analysis are used to increase learning effectiveness and prepare students to face the demands of the ever-evolving industrial world.
