IgG4‐related retroperitoneal fibrosis needs comprehensive treatment and regular long‐term review

Abstract

IgG4‐related retroperitoneal fibrosis is rare but eminently treatable. Here the authors discuss recently published classification criteria and how the disease is managed, including maintenance therapy once patients are in remission.
