Abstract
This article presents changes in the spatial distribution of different types of coworking spaces in Warsaw and factors influencing their location choices . The results of the study made it possible to assess whether and in what way the emergence of coworking spaces and the transformation of their business models influenced the spatial structure of the city . Based on the analyses, it can be concluded that this impact is not significant in War-saw because the spatial pattern of the distribution of new coworking spaces is relatively very similar to the location of office buildings . At the same time, there was a visible tendency to choose central locations more often than office buildings for coworking purposes, which was reinforced during the pandemic period . As a result, the growth of cowork-ing spaces and the evolution of this model were conducive to the revitalisation of the city centre and were in line with the monocentric city model, indicating the important role of transport accessibility in the choice of a business location . What remains open, however, is the question of the significance of the interaction between coworking spaces and urban space in the neighbourhood dimension in the context of location choices made .
