Acquired megaesophagus is a disease characterized by esophageal dilation resulting from reduced or absent esophageal motility and may be caused by myasthenia gravis. Treatment for the diagnosis of megaesophagus is palliative, but the bronchopneumopathy condition was quickly reversed with the use of Baryta Carbonica, demonstrating the effectiveness of homeopathic therapy.
