We found that competitive intelligence provides information and data about the organisation's external environment and keeps it abreast of development, prosperity, and growth. It has an effective role in the process of evaluating competitors and thus reduces competitive surprises. Abstract

Competitive intelligence is a process carried out by the institution to acquire, process, and distribute information related to competition and market. Its importance lies in the information and the knowledge collected by the organisation about its competitors.   This study aims to determine the nature of the relationship between competitive intelligence and participatory management.
