Abstract

Горнодобывающая промышленность считается отраслью повышенного риска, которая всегда находится в центре внимания правительств стран. Последние принимают множество мер, направленных на развитие горнодобывающей отрасли, обеспечение прозрачной правовой базы и создание возможностей для инвестиций. Добыча полезных ископаемых и развитие горнодобывающей промышленности требуют масштабных инвестиций и длительного процесса окупаемости, поэтому комплексное изучение отрасли и повышение инвестиционной привлекательности имеют первостепенное значение, что и определяет актуальность темы исследования. The mining industry is considered a high-risk sector, which is always at the center of attention of the governments of countries. The latter are undertaking many measures aimed at the development of the mining industry, ensuring a transparent legislative framework and creating opportunities for investing in infrastructure.Extraction of minerals and development of the mining industry require large-scale investments and a long payback process, therefore comprehensive study of the sector and increase of investment attractiveness have primary importance, which determines the relevance of the study.
