For this purpose, a sample size of 304 academic members from was chosen universities. Results highlighted standing of giving employees a platform to communicate their thoughts and opinions and validate the mediating function of voice opportunity in the relationship between HPWS and employees' innovative performance. Study shows that HPWS adoption has a beneficial impact upon employees' inventive performance. Moreover, voice opportunity serves as the critical mediating factor, highlighting the significance of an atmosphere at work that is supportive of the employee engagement and feedback. The findings offer significant perspectives for academic administrators and legislators, for cultivating an environment at work towards inventive output.
