Heteromorphicity was observed in the DAPI stained metaphase stage indicating the probable occurrences of chromosomal aberrations such as deletion and inversion. The karyotype profile of H. antidysenterica obtained from orcein and fluorescent banding was determined for the first time in Bangladesh. Bangladesh J.
