Abstract

: It became clear from the analysis of demand functions at the level of each income group separately or at the level of the subject of all income groups that the independent variables, which are (X 1 the price of red meat), (X 2 the monthly income of the family), (X 3 the price of the substitute for chicken meat), (X 4 the size of the respondent’s family) have an influence on the consumption of red meat.
