{"title":"[The effect of visual education based on digital intraoral scanning on postoperative anxiety in patients with immediate dental implant].","authors":"Bei Wang, Xiao Zhang, Cao-Yun Zhu","doi":"","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Purpose: </strong>To evaluate the effect of visual education based on digital intraoral scanning on postoperative anxiety and treatment confidence in patients with immediate dental implant.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>A total of 266 patients who underwent immediate implantation in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January to October 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups based on the ratio of 1:1, the control group adopted traditional nursing education method, and the experimental group carried out visual education based on digital intraoral scanning on the basis of traditional nursing education. The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the anxiety level after surgery, the numerical score method (NRS) was used to evaluate the patient's confidence in treatment, and visual analogue score(VAS) was used to evaluate the patient's satisfaction with nursing work. SAS 9.4 software package was used for data analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>After intervention, the SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention (P<0.01), and the SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). Pearson Chi-square test did not find significant difference between the two groups in the treatment confidence of immediate implantation after intervention(P>0.05), but the results of Mantel-Haenszel Chi-square test showed that the treatment confidence of the experimental group was significantly increased compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). Abstract

目的:评估基于数字化口内扫描的视觉教育对即刻种植牙患者术后焦虑和治疗信心的影响:方法:将2022年1月至10月在上海交通大学医学院附属上海市第九人民医院接受即刻种植牙的266例患者按1:1的比例随机分为2组,对照组采用传统护理教育方法,实验组在传统护理教育的基础上开展基于数字化口内扫描的可视化教育。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者术后焦虑程度,采用数字评分法(NRS)评价患者对治疗的信心,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价患者对护理工作的满意度。数据分析采用 SAS 9.4 软件包:干预后,两组患者的 SAS 评分均明显低于干预前(P<0.01),且实验组的 SAS 评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组干预后即刻种植治疗信心Pearson Chi-square检验未发现显著差异(P>0.05),但Mantel-Haenszel Chi-square检验结果显示实验组治疗信心较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。实验组护理工作满意度评价 VAS 得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01):基于数字化口内扫描的可视化教育在即刻种植患者中的应用可明显改善患者的焦虑情绪,有利于进一步提高患者的自信心和满意度。
