Abstract

This paper presents the community registered in papyrus Berlin P. 10500 A–B, also known as the “Sharuna Papyrus.” It points out the presence of both men and women in the different accounts. People are also socially differentiated based on their titles and personal names (including their classifiers). Results demonstrate that the community from the “Sharuna Papyrus” resembles other groups of people in provincial context, including Sharuna.
