US patent expands Hardide's IP portfolio

Hardide Plc, a UK company that develops, manufactures and sells tungsten carbide and tungsten metal matrix composite coatings, has secured a patent from the US Patent Office that covers its water droplet erosion resistant coatings for turbine blades and other components.
