Compared with the model group and the 5-FU group, the combined drug group can significantly inhibit tumor growth, reduce tumor volume, promote tumor cell necrosis and increase spleen index in mice. At the same time, the combined treatment group significantly increased IFN-γ level and BAX protein expression, decreased TGF-β<sub>1</sub> level and decreased Bcl2, Caspase-9 and Cleaved Caspase-3 protein expressions.
