Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are two critical dimensions influencing business practices globally. In the Indian context, the interplay between CSR initiatives and IPR strategies has garnered substantial attention due to its implications for sustainable development, ethical business conduct, and innovation. This literature review aims to synthesize existing research, highlight key trends, challenges, and opportunities surrounding CSR and IPR in India, and offer insights for future directions.
