Every course and year, the Center organizes feedback collection in different forms, amongst which the form of direct dialogue between the Center's leaders and the representatives of learners is carried out as required part of internal procedure in the unit, so as to promptly improving the quality of activities. The survey results showed 95.2% of the respondents answered that they were polled during their study at the Center; 98% of learners thought that feedback was well received and resolved satisfactorily; 100% of staff and lecturers think that the feedback of learners has a positive effect in improving the quality of activities at the Center. Abstract
