From Local to Global: Leveraging Policy Frameworks to Promote Resilient Development

Abstract

Policy in local, national, and international contexts is an important driver of sustainable development and transformative adaptive management. Emerging processes at the global level triggered by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) 21^st Conference of the Parties (COP21) provide important entry points and opportunities to align and amplify the impact of policies at all levels.
