Abstract

November saw the grand opening of Terramor, the largest ‘green-oriented’ village of production homes in the US. Located within the master plan community of Ladera Ranch in South Orange County, California the village of Terramor will ultimately encompass 1260 green-designed and -constructed homes, all built to exceed the state's energy-efficiency requirements by 20%.
