Abstract

The incidence of congenital anomalies of urinary tract and kidney is 0.3 to 1.6 per 1000 births, the incidence is higher among women, particularly those with a family history. The supernumerary kidney is the rarest of kidney malformations and usually is discovered incidentally or when presented with complications. The clear cell carcinoma represents 80 to 85% of primary malignant tumors of kidney. However, the presence of both at the same time, ie, renal cell carcinoma in a supernumerary kidney and with ectopic location, is an extremely unusual condition, so we are notifying a case.
