Management is the one who must understand and predict the scope of chances and dangers in the environment and determine the way the company operates, taking into account the company’s strengths and weaknesses. Management is a process by which, by planning, organizing, leading and controlling with the help of people and resources, the company’s goals are efficiently and effectively achieved in the environment.
