IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF TRAINING AND FOSTERING CADRES AT NGHE AN POLITICS SCHOOL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR LEVEL 1 POLITICS SCHOOLS

Abstract

Since the Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam enacted Regulation 09-QĐ/TW (dated on 13th November 2018) that mandates rules on the functions, duties and structures of provincial politics schools, the personnel and human resources management at these schools has improved significantly. However, the schools have had to face and deal with a variety of difficulties and challenges. It is therefore crucial for them to improve the quality of professional development activities for the personnel and human resources at different levels. This is the key element that helps the schools meet the requirements for the targeted level. This approach has been implemented thoroughly and systematically at Nghe An Politics School.
