Abstract

This paper indicates and emphasizes those women entrepreneurs’ hardworking human resources in this current scenario, they are as equally working as a man works. They are creating new opportunities and serving the nation with remarkable work growth which further helps in developing the economic growth of the nation. In pandemic when all the nations were suffering for day to day needs and expenses. The government of India was providing them all the basic necessity, many government schemes were launched which promote the spirit of women entrepreneurship and helping the women to became a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneur plays an important role in an economy. These are the people who have the skills and initiative, necessary to take good news ideas to market and make the right decision to make the idea profitable .there are government programs available the women who have high dream, but running out of balance. Government implement many scheme. Indian women are changing and they are fast emerging as potential entrepreneur, this is a dynamic world and it is changing at a greater speed, changes have accrued in all spheres of human activities including in their profession. Women entrepreneurship has been recognized as an important, untapped source of economic growth during the last decade.
