Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of promotion and quality of electronic services "AKU Online" on community satisfaction at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Buleleng Regency Government, (2) The effect of promotion on community satisfaction at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Buleleng Regency Government , (3) the effect of electronic service quality on community satisfaction at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Buleleng Regency Government.
