The data from the selected studies were analyzed, categorized, and summarized to provide an overview of the findings. Results: A total, 12 studies met the inclusion criteria and were included in the review. Outcomes such as pain, strength, and range of motion were assessed. Conclusion: The results suggest that BFR and low-resistance exercise can be effective in improving patient outcomes following knee surgery. However, the heterogeneity of the studies made it difficult to determine the most effective approach.
