The γ_S^D of the plant was calculated according to Schultz, Dorris-Gray, and Donnet-Park methods, and the suitability of the methods was compared. The 〖∆G〗_A^S values were calculated with the data obtained from the Schultz method, and the 〖∆H〗_A^S values were calculated using these data. The acidity and basicity of the plant surface were examined.
