The study's design was cross-sectional, capturing insights at a singular point in time. Our findings underscore the positive correlation between transformational leadership and heightened work engagement. Moreover, certain behaviors, such as problem-solving, emerged as significant mediators in this relationship. However, the study's design and reliance on self-reported data present certain limitations.
